As much as I love that you can sew the most complex and figurative patterns with foundation paper piecing – every now and then I need a quick and easy sew, only one template and I’m done. 😍
This pattern has some space between the heart and the edge of the block. This way the heart pops out more when you sew it to other blocks.
The pattern comes in seven different sizes – 3", 3.5", 4", 4.5", 5", 5.5" and 6“ as PDF files in A4 and US Letter paper format.
This pattern is a beginner friendly foundation paper piecing (FPP) pattern that assumes only little basic knowledge of paper piecing. It does not include detailed FPP instructions. You can find lots of free tutorials for the various FPP methods online. This pattern can be made with just a few cotton scraps from your stash.
