🤖 AI-ASSISTED MUSIC DISCLOSURE

Artificial-intelligence-assisted tools may be used during the songwriting, music-generation, vocal-generation, editing, production, or mastering process.

Your song is creatively directed and customized according to the information you provide.

Because generative music technology is involved, absolute musical uniqueness cannot be guaranteed, and similar musical elements may theoretically appear in other generated content.

The service therefore does not promise copyright registration eligibility or absolute exclusivity of every musical element.

However, we will not intentionally publish or commercially release your personalized finished song.

🔐 PRIVACY & INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE

Please only provide information that is necessary for creating your song.

Your submitted information, lyrics, and instructions may need to be processed using third-party creative, AI, audio, or production services in order to create your order.

For this reason, please do not submit highly confidential, financial, medical, password-related, or otherwise extremely sensitive personal information.

If your song is a gift for another person, please consider their privacy when deciding what personal information to include.

🎤 VOICES & REAL PEOPLE

You may choose a general female or male-style vocal.

Requests to recreate or intentionally imitate the identifiable voice of a real singer, celebrity, public figure, or private individual may be refused unless the necessary authorization and rights have been obtained.

Instead of requesting:

“Make it sound exactly like [artist name],”

describe the characteristics you want, for example:

“Emotional modern pop with a powerful female vocal and cinematic production.”

⚠️ CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT

By submitting lyrics, text, names, stories, or other material, you confirm that:

• The material does not infringe another person's copyright or other rights

• You give permission for the material to be processed as necessary to create your custom song

Orders containing unlawful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate requests may be refused.

💳 PERSONALIZED PRODUCT & CANCELLATIONS
