Be the center of your Universe, masterfully create dynamic pirouettes with fanciful footwork as you add style to your low flow and aerial sequences. Build your power & speed with a sweep of your limbs, tip on your axis and create endless varieties of pirouette rotations. Pirouettes are no longer bound to the ground in your world, utilize the techniques in this course to had flares and rotations aerially. The Celestial body will utilize fan kicks, bracket grips in cup grip & twisted, side lever, and true grip whilst being able to sustain the revolutions with various tempo & level changes. Designed to extend sequences with stylized flares & pirouettes, creating dynamic momentum into spins/control exits.
