At the start of each Week, plan:

When you run

When you rest

3️⃣ Write Down Your Runs

After each run, write:

How long or how far you ran

How hard it felt

How you felt in your body

Be honest. There are no wrong answers. 😊


4️⃣ Look Back at the Week

At the end of the Week, look at what you did.

Think about:

What was good

What was hard

How does your body feel?


5️⃣ Do Your Best, Not Perfect
