Phase 1 Assessment and Discovery

We begin by evaluating your church’s current position and identifying opportunities, challenges, and priorities.

You will receive:

Phase 2 Strategy and Funding Readiness

This phase focuses on strengthening your church’s readiness for future funding opportunities and organizing the information needed for implementation.

You will receive:

• Funding readiness guidance

• Project prioritization

• Organizational recommendations

• Customized implementation strategy

Phase 3 Implementation Support

We work through your strategy together, answer questions, provide guidance, and help your church move forward with confidence.

You will receive:

• Strategic consulting

• Progress reviews

• Leadership guidance

• Ongoing recommendations

• Final action plan

Investment

This consulting engagement is divided into three equal payments of $497. Each phase must be completed before moving to the next.

After payment is received, scheduling instructions will be emailed to you. It'll be you and your team, three times, for 90 minutes each time.

This service provides coaching, strategy, and funding readiness guidance. It does not include grant writing, fundraising, legal services, architectural services, engineering services, or a guarantee of funding.
