Cherry blossom season is huge in Japan. There is even a Japanese word for ‘looking at the flowers’ - Hanami. During the hanami season people flock in the parks to look at the beautiful trees, many even dress up in the traditional Kimono.
The Hanami Wrap is an all over lace wrap, easy to adjust to make wider/narrower or shorter/longer. The pattern has lace stitches on both RS and WS rows.
Size: Wrap (4 repeats wide) approx. 50 cm wide, 150 cm long after blocking.
Yarn: 2 skeins of Fine Fish Yarns Core Sock 75/25 superwash Merino/Nylon, 425 metres/100 g
Needles: 4 mm (US6) circular needles
