Escape the Trauma Matrix Level 1 builds on that foundation by helping you map your nervous system, work with fear prediction and catastrophizing, understand anxiety and dread, rebuild trust in effort and reward, and practice Poised Readiness. The Complete Identity Repair Journey continues the work through a progressive journaling system designed to help you notice patterns, gather recent evidence, track growth, and strengthen self-trust over time.

Creating the set this way was the most affordable route I could build for physical copies. Instead of sending you to Lulu to purchase all three books individually at full retail price, I personally process the bundle through my author account so you can receive the complete Level 1 foundation at a lower combined price.
You still receive the same three professionally printed, coil-bound books — just through a more hands-on fulfillment process designed to keep the physical curriculum as accessible as possible.
How Your Physical Order Is Fulfilled
This set is independently published and printed on demand. That means your books are not sitting prepacked in a warehouse waiting for next-day shipment.
When you place your order through Payhip, I personally receive it first. I then place your 3-book print order through Lulu using the shipping information you provided, and Lulu prints the books and ships them directly to you.
Because your books are printed specifically for your order, there is a production period before carrier delivery begins. In my own experience ordering these books, Lulu has consistently taken about five business days to print and dispatch them.
You will hear from me directly during the process. I’ll let you know when your Lulu order has been placed, and once tracking becomes available, I’ll send that information along as well.
International Orders
I have set up shipping for as many countries as I reasonably could based on Lulu’s current shipping availability and rates.
If your country does not appear as an available shipping destination, please contact me: Jaena@defeatingchildhoodtrauma.com before assuming the physical set is unavailable to you. Lulu’s shipping rates and carrier availability vary by country, and I may be able to check your destination and add an appropriate shipping option.
Some countries require additional recipient information before Lulu can ship an order. At the time of setup, those countries include:
Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Indonesia, Mexico, and Peru.

These books use a great deal of two-page logic, so if you choose to print your PDFs, printing double-sided beginning with the title page will preserve the intended facing-page flow of the physical editions.

Your order information is used only as needed to process, fulfill, and communicate with you about your purchase. I do not sell your personal information, and Lulu states that it does not sell customers’ personal information either.

This is a personally processed, print-on-demand order rather than an automated warehouse shipment. That adds a little time before your books begin traveling to you, but it also allows me to offer the complete physical curriculum directly and stay personally involved from purchase through shipment.
