Sometimes high up, thin clouds just seem to gradually appear over the course of a sunny day. These wisps of altostratus and altocumulus seemed to me to spread a ghostly white veil over the otherwise blue skies.

The angular direction of the image reminds me of the sky from one of my favourite artists, Salvador Dali, in his painting “Study for Honey is Sweeter than Blood”. That’s the thing with abstract nature of clouds, different people interpret them differently. What do you think about these ‘apparitions’?
