Personalizing your training program means changing the intensity and difficulty of the exercises according to your athletic ability. But because you want to make progress, your workout shouldn’t become an easy routine, either. Each workout should be enjoyable but also push you beyond your limits. That’s why evaluating your physical potential is vital. Regular evaluations enable your online workout program to efficiently give you a program that will help you make progress over the long term.
Here’s how things work:
Once you buy I will be in touch within 24 hours to get a better idea of your goals, your ability level and exactly what equipment you have access to plus your availability and to let me know if you have any injuries at all. I'll try to get first draft sent within 3-5 days of purchase.
You will then be set up with a test week training plan which will give me a much better idea of your current ability level, strength, technique and mobility. You can film the exercises during the test week so i can evaluate.
I will be on hand each day to answer any questions you may have and adapt the plan where required
The workouts are completely personalised so will require feedback from you as I will be basing each weeks structure on how you got on in the sessions from the first week.
If there are any problems, feel free to send me a message so I can switch things up. The workout aren't permanent so you don't have to do exercises you don't want to do because I programmed it.
