Hanazashi Sashiko Pattern PDF — Flower Stitch Embroidery Template
A printable, true-scale PDF template for the Hanazashi "flower stitch" design, with clear, step-by-step instructions so you go from print to stitched piece without guesswork.
Hanazashi's curved petals fan diagonally across a checkerboard grid, four to a bloom; the name simply means flower stitch, a family name covering several different flower-motif constructions, and this soft five-line take is its own within that family.
Each bloom worked in a gold center with two shades of rose, though any palette you love works too. Stitch it any size, from a coaster to a tote panel or cushion, a relaxed step up from straight-line sashiko.
