Intentionally Postpartum is a 12-week, private coaching program for women who want to approach this season with purpose.


It’s not a crash course or a checklist. It’s a full recalibration—body, mind, and spirit—so you can move through motherhood with more energy, more clarity, and a deeper sense of stability.


We do this through Classical Chinese Medicine, therapeutic nutrition, daily support, and mindset work—all tailored to you.


Because when you start this journey with intention, you get to feel better in it.

Intentionally Postpartum is a 12-week 1:1 coaching program designed to help you rebuild your body, balance your emotions, and reclaim your sense of self after birth. Through personalized nutrition, herbal guidance, mindset work, and self-care strategies, you'll create a version of motherhood that actually feels good.


2. Who is this for?

This is for moms who feel physically depleted, emotionally overwhelmed, and mentally exhausted—who know they need more than just “time” to feel better. If you’re ready for real healing and transformation, this program is for you.


3. What if I don’t have time?

I get it—your plate is already full. That’s why this program is designed to fit into your life, not add more stress. Our sessions are flexible, and everything you’ll implement is meant to simplify, not complicate, your postpartum recovery.


4. Is this a fitness program?

No, this is a deep healing program that focuses on replenishing your body, stabilizing your emotions, and creating a sustainable version of motherhood that feels good. While movement may be incorporated in a way that supports your healing, this is not about workouts or “bouncing back.”


5. What if I’m still pregnant or months (or years) postpartum?

If you’re still pregnant and looking into this program, I just want to acknowledge how incredible that is. Taking steps to prepare for your postpartum recovery now shows deep wisdom and care for both yourself and your baby. Intentionally Postpartum absolutely works with pregnant women, helping you set the stage for a smoother, more supported transition into motherhood. And if you're already postpartum—whether 3 months or 3 years—this program is here to help you heal and thrive at any stage. It’s never too early or too late to reclaim your well-being.


6. What if I don’t want to take herbs?

Herbs are one tool we use to support your body, but everything in this program is personalized to you. If herbs aren’t your thing, we’ll focus on other healing strategies that align with your comfort level and goals.


7. What’s the investment?

The full program investment is $3,500 for 3 months of 1:1 coaching. There are a number of ways we can break this down, though, including a 3-month payment plan. If money stands between you and the support you need, we'll figure something out.


8. Do you offer refunds?

Due to the level of personalized support and time commitment, I do not offer refunds. However, if you are committed to the process, I will be with you every step of the way to ensure you see results.


9. What happens after I enroll?

Once you enroll, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including next steps for booking your first session and accessing your support resources. From there, we’ll begin your journey to healing—together.
