WRONGFUL TERMINATION OF CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT IN NIGERIA (CASE FOR REINSTEMENT OF PRIVATE EMPLOYEES)
This research critically examines the concept of wrongful termination of employment contracts in Nigeria, with particular emphasis on private sector employees. It explores the legal principles governing employer–employee relationships, the statutory and common law protections available to workers, and the remedies applicable when dismissals are found to be unlawful or unjust. The International Labour Organisation set a standard which an employer wishing to terminate employment of his employee must comply with.
