When it comes to matching accessories, the Victoria cowl is the perfect complement to the Louise hat. The cowl is knit top-down on circular needles in two-color brioche stitch and is fully reversible.

Knitting starts with a basic long tail cast-on, no fancy or tricky techniques involved. The lower part of the cowl is knit in a straight brioche pattern, making this part a little wider to fit comfortably around the lower neck and shoulders.

The Victoria cowl is named after the Victoria Glacier that feeds Lake Louise (Canada), known for its turquoise waters.
