Reiki works with the body’s energy by helping to rebalance the 7 chakras (energy centres). When these become blocked or overactive, it can contribute to stress, discomfort, or low energy. Reiki helps restore balance and encourage the body’s natural state of wellbeing.

In the Reiki Deep Reset session, we begin with Reiki to allow the body and nervous system to fully relax. After the Reiki, we take a few minutes to pause and have a refreshment. If anything has surfaced during the session, we can gently explore this further using techniques such as Metaphors of Movement, EFT tapping, or IEMT, allowing space for deeper emotional shifts.
