It is one of my all time favourite ways to relax, refresh and let go of overthinking and unnecessary worries. As always, never listen or join in this relaxation whilst driving or operating machinery, and only when you are somewhere safe, warm and unlikely to be disturbed.
You can enjoy this seated or lying down, but you may like a glass of water for waking up to if you plan to carry on your day or evening afterwards. But you can enjoy right before settling for sleep too.
