STRESS COPING STRATEGIES AMONG STUDENTS NURSES IN FEDERAL COLLEGE OF DENTAL TECHNOLOGY AN THERAPY ENUGU
This study sought to examine stress and coping strategies adopted by student nurses in Federal College of Dental Technology and Therapy Enugu. It examines the major causes of stress among nursing students, their psychological and emotional responses, and the effectiveness of different coping mechanisms. The study highlights how workload, clinical exposure, and academic pressure influence students’ performance and well-being. It also provides recommendations for promoting mental health support, time management, and institutional interventions to enhance students’ resilience and academic success.
