Raw vegan diet plan for Spring

This is a whole month raw vegan spring cleanse menu. It's designed for the mild spring cleanse. Estonian version is available here:

You don't have to follow this menu exactly, you can just use recipes and get some ideas for your raw or even high raw meals.

We will have green juice and mono fruit meal for breakfast (you can make juice with simple blender and strainer, I will explain how), green smoothie with chopped fruit for lunch and yummy salad with either avocado or seed(nut) cheese for dinner.

I am eating raw vegan food since 2007 and I am very grateful tou it for the fresh energy, good health and deep inner happiness :D
