This 5-session coaching block is designed specifically for HYROX athletes, combining endurance, form, and strategy to elevate your performance across all eight 1K run segments.
Experienced professional athlete and performance coach with years of racing across a wide range of modalities – from ultras to road races, swimruns to obstacle events. Now a dedicated HYROX specialist, I bring a deep understanding of endurance, strength, and strategy to help athletes of all levels prepare, perform, and push beyond their limits.
Work 1-on-1 or in a group of up to 10 with a dedicated running coach to build confidence, efficiency and race-day smarts. Delivered in-person or virtually, this is your shortcut to feeling lighter on your feet—and faster across the line.

What’s Included (Session Breakdown):
1. RUN FORM RESET
We kick off with a technical tune-up—foot strike, cadence, posture, arm drive. Small changes = big efficiency gains, especially under fatigue.
2. PACING + ZONE 2 RUNNING
Learn how to manage your engine. Stay aerobic for longer, avoid blowing up, and hit every 1K feeling in control—not in survival mode.
3. HILL SPRINTS + SPEED ELEMENTS
Session 3 introduces strength and speed. These short, sharp bursts improve your running power, build resilience, and replicate race-day fatigue.
4. 5K TIME TRIAL + REVIEW
We test where you’re at with a 5K time trial. It’s not just about the numbers—it’s about using real data to refine your pacing and confidence.
5. RACE STRATEGY + INTEGRATION
We pull it all together. Nutrition, warm-up, transitions, mindset, and a detailed race-day pacing plan tailored to your goals and the HYROX format.
