Under her main company, Nichole runs several ventures and initiatives, which are all focused on growing our community through entrepreneurship, including a consulting firm geared specifically to serve aspiring and current entrepreneurs. 

For over a decade, she has also managed law firms, including two of her own, while serving her community in various ways, including volunteer and contract positions with the state, pro bono work and hosting free seminars in estate planning, probate, entrepreneurship and domestic matters, to name a few.
