Hi, before jump to 'how to order', first you should know our new rules about custom order:
- The lowest custom frame fee is $5 for simple frame, for complex frame is more.
- There is a down payment $2.5 every 1 custom frame, you should pay before we start process.
- We do new rules because many scammer out there just order the frame and flee after we finish the frame, causing us to losing times and frame we made because not all custom frame can sell to other customer. If this happen we will block and we will refuse their future orders.
How to order custom frames:
- Chat me in Tiktok about your frame needs, give me a picture or silhouette.
- I will give you the price after see your frame needs.
- I will give you link for Down Payment $2.5.
- Down Payment received, i will start process the frame.
- Frame process is 24 hours or less, usually less 6 hours, but depend on the complex of frame.
- After process done, I will give you Payhip link via Tiktok chat for frame purchase transaction.
- The final price of the frame is already reduced by Down Payment (-$2.5).
- Transaction done, Thank you.
