Welcome to Eternal Stories Films.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of online courses, training programmes and related digital educational materials provided by Eternal Stories Films.

By purchasing or accessing a course, you agree to these Terms.



1. About Us

Eternal Stories Films is the trading/business name under which online training and educational content is offered by:

In these Terms, "Eternal Stories Films", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business identified above.



2. Our Training Products

We provide online educational and professional training relating primarily to:

  • Artificial intelligence and its practical use in film and television production
  • Production planning and workflow improvement
  • AI-assisted production management
  • Creative and production workflows
  • Responsible and practical use of AI in professional production environments

The specific content, features, format, duration and access arrangements of each course are described on the relevant product page.


Level 1 and Level 2

Our training programme is structured into separate levels.

Level 1 – Strategic Foundation is the currently offered training programme.

Level 2 – Tools Hands-On Training is a separate future programme and is not included in the purchase of Level 1 unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.



3. Purchasing a Course

When you place an order through our website or an authorised payment platform, you are making a request to purchase the selected training product at the stated price.

Your order will be subject to successful payment and acceptance of the purchase through the platform.

Prices, available payment methods and applicable taxes or charges will be displayed at or before checkout where applicable.

The product description and information displayed at the time of purchase form part of the applicable purchase terms.



4. Course Access

After successful payment, access to the purchased course will normally be provided through the course platform specified by us.

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, access to the course is provided for three (3) months from the date access is first granted.

Access is intended for the individual customer who purchased the course.

You must keep your account credentials confidential and must not share, transfer, sell, sublicense or otherwise provide your course access to another person.

Where we reasonably identify unauthorised sharing, copying, redistribution or misuse of course access or materials, we may suspend or terminate access, subject to applicable law.



5. Personal Licence to Use the Course

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own learning and professional development during the applicable access period.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course or any underlying intellectual property to you.

You may not:

  • reproduce, record, copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit substantial portions of the course videos, presentations, written materials, templates, frameworks or other protected materials;
  • sell, resell, sublicense or commercially distribute the course;
  • upload course materials to another website, platform or file-sharing service;
  • share your account or course credentials;
  • distribute course videos, presentations, templates or other protected materials to third parties; or
  • use, reproduce, adapt or distribute our protected course materials, or substantial portions of them, to create or support a competing training product without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using general knowledge, skills, ideas or publicly available information gained through the course in your own professional activities, subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and other legal obligations.



6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, presentations, graphics, written materials, templates, frameworks, examples, workflows, documents, recordings and other educational materials, is owned by or licensed to Eternal Stories Films unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

Third-party trademarks, product names, logos and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.



7. AI Tools and Third-Party Services

Our training may discuss or demonstrate third-party AI tools, software, websites, platforms and services.

Third-party products may change their features, pricing, terms, availability or functionality at any time. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee their continued availability or performance.

References to third-party products do not necessarily constitute an endorsement, guarantee or warranty.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms and policies of any third-party service you choose to use.

Examples involving third-party AI tools are provided for educational purposes and do not guarantee that a particular tool, model, output, workflow or feature will remain available, accurate, suitable or legally permissible for your intended use.



8. Educational and Informational Purpose

Our courses are provided for educational and informational purposes.

The training may present examples, frameworks, workflows, techniques and demonstrations based on information and tools available at the time the course was created or updated.

AI technologies and production tools develop rapidly. Consequently, specific interfaces, features, capabilities, pricing, workflows or results may change after publication.

You are responsible for independently evaluating how the information applies to your own circumstances.



9. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any particular professional, commercial, financial, production or creative result from completing a course.

Completion of our training does not guarantee employment, business income, production savings, project funding, career advancement or any other specific outcome.

Results depend on many factors, including your experience, implementation, production environment, tools selected and decisions made independently of the training.



10. Creative, Legal and Professional Responsibility

Our training encourages the responsible use of AI as a tool to support human creativity, planning and decision-making.

You remain responsible for your own professional and creative decisions and for ensuring that your use of AI-generated or AI-assisted material complies with applicable laws, contracts, licences, copyright requirements, permissions, confidentiality obligations and other applicable rights.

The course does not constitute legal, financial, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.



11. Availability and Course Updates

We aim to provide reliable access to our training products.

We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, update course materials, change third-party services or modify parts of the course in order to improve the learning experience or reflect changes in AI technology and industry practice.

Where appropriate, we may update or replace outdated examples, demonstrations or supporting materials.

We will not intentionally make changes that materially reduce the core content or functionality of a course already purchased by a customer, except where reasonably necessary due to legal, technological, security or third-party service requirements.



12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the conditions applicable to voluntary refunds, including the circumstances in which eligibility for a voluntary refund ends after access to specified course content has commenced.

Nothing in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted in the jurisdiction applicable to the customer.

For digital content supplied immediately after purchase, additional consent or acknowledgement may be required under applicable consumer laws before access begins. Where such requirements apply, we will use the checkout process to obtain the applicable consent or acknowledgement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without your permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eternal Stories Films will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, our training materials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.



16. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delay or inability to provide access caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including major internet or hosting failures, payment-provider outages, platform outages, cyber incidents, government actions, natural disasters, war, civil unrest or other comparable events.

We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services when practicable.



17. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with purchases, course access, customer support and related activities will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms part of our overall website and customer terms.



18. Complaints and Grievance Redressal

We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve any issue promptly.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

For consumer complaints covered by applicable Indian e-commerce requirements, we will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and endeavour to redress the complaint within one month from the date of receipt, subject to applicable law.



19. International Customers

Our business is based in India, but our training may be purchased by customers internationally.

These Terms are intended to apply internationally to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If the laws of the customer's country provide mandatory consumer protections or rights that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded, those protections remain applicable.



20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional rules that apply to a customer, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the business in Kerala, India.



21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our training services, legal requirements, technology or business practices.

The latest version will be made available on our website.

Changes will not affect rights that have already accrued where applicable law prevents such changes from doing so.



22. Severability

These Terms, together with the applicable product description, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Eternal Stories Films regarding your purchase and use of the applicable training product, subject to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
