Frame & Sash offers downloadable digital products, including prompt packs designed for window and door professionals. Upon purchase, you will receive access via email or instant download.

You are purchasing a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these digital assets. Reselling, sharing, or distributing them without permission is prohibited.

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.

Prices are shown in USD or EUR (or local currency if applicable). Applicable taxes may be added during checkout based on your location.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply email frameandsash.webshop@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund.

All content on this site — including product designs, prompts, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Acacia Shadow LLC (owner of the Frame & Sash brand). Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
