Integration -After the Reading

What arises in a session or reading often continues to unfold after it ends.

Integration is the space where insight becomes lived — gently, over time.

There is no requirement to “do” anything with what you receive.

This page is an invitation, not a checklist.

Give It Time

Understanding does not always arrive immediately.

Some insights settle quietly and reveal themselves days or weeks later.

You are encouraged to:

  • Let the information rest
  • Notice what resonates without forcing meaning
  • Allow clarity to arrive in its own rhythm

Listen to the Body

Your nervous system is part of the integration.

After a reading, you may feel:

  • Calm or reflective
  • Emotionally tender
  • Quietly energized
  • In need of rest

All of this is normal.

Rest, hydration, and gentle movement can support the process.

Simple Ways to Integrate

You may find it helpful to:

  • Journal freely without trying to “solve” anything
  • Sit with one phrase or image from the reading
  • Spend time in nature or quiet spaces
  • Return to the material when it feels right

Integration does not require action — only presence.

Emotional Care

If strong emotions arise, slow down.

Pause, breathe, and ground yourself.

Seek additional support if needed.

This work is not meant to replace professional care and is not designed to process acute distress on its own.

Revisit When Ready

For PDF and written readings, you are welcome to return to the material over time.

Insights often reveal new layers as your life continues to shift.

There is no expiration on understanding.

Review Your Expeience

If you feel called to share a reflection after your session or reading, you are welcome to do so. Feedback is always optional and offered in your own time. Whether shared or kept private, your experience is honoured — and your presence in this work is already enough.

Moving Forward

You may feel complete after one offering, or you may sense another threshold approaching. Both are valid.

If you choose to continue:

  • Allow space between sessions when possible
  • Choose what supports you, not what pressures you

Integration is not a task.

It is the quiet companion to change.

You are allowed to move slowly.

You are allowed to rest.

Everything does not need to be known at once.
