About Me

Hi, I’m Megan — the person behind MindServing.

I have a master’s degree in psychology and postgraduate training in psycho-dietetics, with a special interest in emotional eating, self-sabotage, cravings, habits, and the psychological side of our relationship with food.

This work is also personal to me. For many years, food was not simply food — it could become comfort, control, reward, distraction, or a way to cope with difficult emotions. My own path toward a calmer relationship with eating involved psychotherapy, education, self-reflection, and slowly learning that change rarely comes from stricter rules or more self-criticism.

I created MindServing to offer a different kind of support: psychology-based ebooks and practical workbooks that help you understand what is happening underneath your eating patterns. The goal is not perfection. It is greater awareness, less shame, and more supportive choices that can actually fit into everyday life.

All MindServing resources are educational and reflective. They are designed to help you explore your patterns gently, at your own pace, and are not a substitute for individual medical, nutritional, or psychological care.

A complete starting point for understanding emotional eating, self-sabotage, cravings, and realistic healthy eating habits.

The Complete MindServing Starter Library includes:

  • Little Steps to Better Eating
  • Self-Sabotage Triggers Map
  • When Eating Feels Out of Control

These three resources cover different parts of the same bigger picture.

Little Steps to Better Eating helps you build supportive eating habits through practical nutrition, meal structure, and small repeatable changes.

Self-Sabotage Triggers Map helps you identify the thoughts, emotions, and protective patterns that pull you away from your intentions.

When Eating Feels Out of Control helps you understand cravings, emotional hunger, compulsion, shame, and what happens when eating feels difficult to interrupt.

Together, the library gives you both practical structure and deeper psychological self-reflection — without strict diets, food guilt, or perfectionism.

This bundle is for you if you want a fuller approach to your relationship with food: one that looks at what you eat, why certain patterns repeat, and what happens when emotions or urges take over.

You’ll receive:

Three beautifully designed PDF ebooks and workbooks with 144 pages in total, including practical tools, reflection exercises, meal-building guidance, trigger maps, and personal response plans.

A personal note before you go

If you've made it this far — thank you for taking the time.

I want to be honest with you about why I built this. I didn't create MindServing because I had the answers. I created it because I spent years looking for them in the wrong places.

For a long time, my relationship with food was shaped by shame, guilt, and a quiet but persistent belief that I simply lacked the discipline everyone else seemed to have. I tried harder. I started over. I ended up in the same place.

What changed wasn't finding a better plan. It was learning to ask a different question.

Not "why can't I control myself?"

But "what is my mind trying to solve through food?"

That shift — from self-blame to genuine curiosity — changed everything. Not overnight, and not perfectly. But permanently.

I went on to study psychology and specialize in eating behaviour and psycho-dietetics. What I found in the research confirmed what I had already experienced: lasting change rarely begins with more discipline. It begins with understanding.

That's what everything here is built around. The science of why we eat the way we do. The psychology behind the patterns that feel impossible to break. And the kind of practical tools that work with how you actually think and feel — not against it.

These resources won't tell you what to eat. They'll help you understand why you eat the way you do. And in my experience — both personal and professional — that understanding is where everything else becomes possible.

I hope you find something here that helps.
