About Me
Hi, I’m Megan — the person behind MindServing.
I have a master’s degree in psychology and postgraduate training in psycho-dietetics, with a special interest in emotional eating, self-sabotage, cravings, habits, and the psychological side of our relationship with food.
This work is also personal to me. For many years, food was not simply food — it could become comfort, control, reward, distraction, or a way to cope with difficult emotions. My own path toward a calmer relationship with eating involved psychotherapy, education, self-reflection, and slowly learning that change rarely comes from stricter rules or more self-criticism.
I created MindServing to offer a different kind of support: psychology-based ebooks and practical workbooks that help you understand what is happening underneath your eating patterns. The goal is not perfection. It is greater awareness, less shame, and more supportive choices that can actually fit into everyday life.
All MindServing resources are educational and reflective. They are designed to help you explore your patterns gently, at your own pace, and are not a substitute for individual medical, nutritional, or psychological care.
