NeatNest Method sells downloadable digital products. Because customers receive access to digital files shortly after checkout, purchases are normally non-refundable after the product has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Please contact us through the Contact page within seven days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

• You cannot access or download the purchased file.

• The supplied file is damaged, incomplete or unusable.

• The product received is materially different from its description.

We will review each eligible request. Depending on the circumstances, we may restore access, provide a replacement file or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are normally not provided for a change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description or failure to use the product. This does not limit any consumer rights available under applicable law.

No refund applies to products supplied free of charge.
