These Terms and Conditions apply to digital products purchased from NeatNest Method. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by NeatNest Method are digital downloads unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical item will be shipped.

PERSONAL-USE LICENCE

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your personal household use.

You may download the file and print copies for your own personal use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, reproduce for others, upload publicly, give away or use any part of the product for commercial purposes.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment must be completed before access is provided. After successful checkout, the product will normally be available through the Payhip download page and the email address supplied during purchase.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address and maintaining access to their devices and accounts.

REFUNDS

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy displayed on this store. Please review that policy before purchasing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All guides, worksheets, written content, designs, branding and downloadable files remain the intellectual property of NeatNest Method or their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
