End User License Agreement (EULA):
Digital Embedding & Interactive Software Tier (50–249 Employees)
For companies embedding fonts into software products, apps, games, and digital platforms
This license grants rights to embed the Font Software into digital products and interactive systems, including commercial apps, games, SaaS platforms, and UI/UX environments.
Short Terms
YES — You May:
✔ Embed the font in apps, software, games, SaaS, and UI systems
✔ Embed and host webfonts (WOFF/WOFF2) for commercial use
✔ Use across desktop, mobile, web, and cross-platform builds
✔ Serve and display dynamic, live text within digital interfaces
✔ Use in commercial products and digital platforms with unlimited users
✔ Publish and distribute apps containing the embedded font worldwide
NO — You May Not:
✘ Share, distribute, or provide font files outside the licensed organization
✘ Use for broadcast, film, OTT, or cinematic motion graphics
✘ Use for multiple brands or unrelated companies under one license
✘ Modify, alter, recompile, or create derivative versions of the font
✘ Self-host on more than 1 domain + 2 subdomains without extension
✘ Resell or license the font as a standalone asset in any format
1. Definitions
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract
between the Licensee and the Font Owner.
By downloading, installing or embedding the Font Software,
the Licensee agrees and accept all the terms.
Font Software refers to OTF/TTF/WOFF/WOFF2
files provided to the Licensee.
2. Grant of Rights — Permitted Use
Under this App & Digital License, the Licensee is permitted to:
• Embed the Font Software into:
- Desktop software
- Mobile apps
- Web applications
- Games & interactive systems
- SaaS platforms & cloud interfaces
• Use the font for live text rendering, UI/UX design, in-app content, and dynamic text systems
• Bundle the embedded font with distributed app binaries
• Embed webfonts (WOFF/WOFF2) for digital UI display and interactive text
• Distribute the app/software globally with no user limit
• Use the Font perpetually for the licensed product/platform
This license includes all commercial branding rights granted in previous tiers.
3. Usage Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
• Use the Font for broadcast, film, TV, or cinematic media
• Embed the Font in more than one primary app/platform without extension
• Provide the installable font file to external contractors or vendors
(Only compiled/embedded binaries may be shared)
• Host the Font on more than 1 domain + 2 subdomains
• License the font to multiple companies, brands, or subsidiaries
• Create modified/derivative versions of the Font Software
• Sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or open-source the font file
• Use the Font as the primary value of a product or asset marketplace
External collaborators may only receive compiled,
non-extractable builds, never installable font files.
4. Webfont Clause
Webfont embedding is included under this license exclusively for:
• UI text in apps, software, dashboards, platforms
• Dynamic text rendering
• On-screen interface typography
• Non-transferable web-hosting for one licensee organization
Formats allowed:
WOFF, WOFF2
Self-hosting permitted under domain/subdomain limits.
Additional domains require an add-on license.
5. Copyright & Ownership
The Font Software is licensed, not sold.
All rights, including copyright, trademarks, design, naming, and code,
remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Font Owner.
The Licensee may not:
• Upload, share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute
the font files to any third party
• Convert, modify, rewrite, or generate derivative typefaces
• Claim ownership of the Font Software or its naming
• Provide installable font files to clients, printers, or
vendors — they may only receive outlined/flattened
assets, never the font file
All updates, revisions, improvements, enhancements, and
related assets remain the exclusive property of the Font Owner,
and continue to be protected intellectual property.
No ownership or transfer of intellectual property rights in
the Font Software is granted or transferred through this license.
6. Termination
Any breach or violation of this Agreement will result in
immediate termination of the license.
Upon termination, the Licensee must remove and delete
all copies of the Font Software from all systems and devices,
and cease all usage of the Font in any form.
No refunds will be issued for licenses terminated
as a result of breach or violation.
7. Upgrade Path
License can be upgraded at any time by paying only the price difference.
Upgrade to:
Server & Internal License
Internal server and intranet usage, including multi-brand or enterprise-wide deployment, with permission to distribute and access the Font Software across internal systems, departments, and teams within a single legal entity.
Broadcast & Film License
Broadcast, film, television, and streaming usage rights, including use in motion graphics, title design, commercials, promotional media, episodic content, and cinematic feature productions
Global Corporate License
Unlimited commercial usage and distribution rights worldwide, including global brand deployment, multinational product distribution, enterprise-wide rollout, and cross-market implementation across all regions and territories
By downloading, installing, embedding, or using the Font Software in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
