Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• International bank transfer to our

Indonesian bank account (via SWIFT)

For international bank transfers, you must contact us first to request payment instructions, invoice, and transfer details.

Bank transfer orders may require manual confirmation before download links are activated.

All bank charges, international transfer fees, and currency conversion fees must be covered by you, and cannot be deducted from the invoiced amount.

Download & Delivery

Upon successful payment, downloadable font files will be provided via your account dashboard and/or through email.

If payment is made via bank transfer, delivery may be delayed until funds are confirmed.

Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no right of cancellation, refund, or return exists once a purchase has been completed.

Any refund, adjustment, or remedy, if offered, is provided solely at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis. We are under no obligation to issue refunds under any circumstances.

You agree that under no circumstances will you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through your payment provider.

All payments for our products are final and non-reversible.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or product availability at any time without prior notice.
