End User License Agreement (EULA):
Micro Business Tier (1–5 Employees)
This license grants limited commercial rights for printed and
static digital output for small-scale business use.
Short Terms
YES — You May:
✔ Install and use the Font Software on your own system(s)
✔ Create graphics, marketing materials, packaging and design layouts
✔ Use on social media and websites as rasterized or outlined artwork only
✔ Produce and sell physical/digital products up to 3,000 units total
✔ Use in advertisements, promotional campaigns & commercial visuals
NO — You May Not:
✘ Distribute, share, resell, upload, or transfer the font files
✘ Use the font on more systems/desktops than licensed
✘ Convert the font to WOFF/WOFF2 or embed as a webfont
✘ Embed in mobile apps, games, software, SaaS or UI systems
✘ Use for broadcast, TV, film, streaming or motion picture media
✘ Modify, reverse-engineer, rename or create derivative versions
✘ Use as a trademark or permanent logo without upgrade
✘ Exceed 3,000 commercial product units under this license
1. Definitions
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract
between the Licensee and the Font Owner.
By downloading, installing or embedding the Font Software,
the Licensee agrees and accept all the terms.
Font Software refers to OTF/TTF/WOFF/WOFF2
files provided to the Licensee.
2. Grant of Rights — Permitted Use
Under this Standard Commercial License, you are allowed to:
• Create commercial artwork for print and digital advertising
• Use for branding, packaging, marketing material & campaign assets
• Publish graphics online only as flattened pixels or outlined vectors
• Produce merchandise or physical/digital products up to 3,000 units total
• Use the font freely in desktop applications for design and output generation
Unlimited impressions are allowed — the limitation applies only to product output volume.
3. Usage Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
• Convert to or embed as WOFF/WOFF2 webfonts
• Use in UI systems, apps, software products or games
• Use for broadcast, film, OTT, streaming or motion graphics
• Share the font with clients, vendors, printers or subcontractors
(Only outlined/flattened artwork may be supplied externally.)
• Create modified/extended/derivative fonts of any form
• License the font to multiple brands or companies
• Exceed 3,000 units of merchandise or product output
For any of the above uses — an upgrade is required.
4. Copyright & Ownership
The Font Software is licensed, not sold.
All rights, including copyright, trademarks, design, naming, and code,
remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Font Owner.
The Licensee may not:
• Upload, share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute
the font files to any third party
• Convert, modify, rewrite, or generate derivative typefaces
• Claim ownership of the Font Software or its naming
• Provide installable font files to clients, printers, or
vendors — they may only receive outlined/flattened
assets, never the font file
All updates, revisions, improvements, enhancements, and
related assets remain the exclusive property of the Font Owner,
and continue to be protected intellectual property.
No ownership or transfer of intellectual property rights in
the Font Software is granted or transferred through this license.
5. Termination
Any breach or violation of this Agreement will result in
immediate termination of the license.
Upon termination, the Licensee must remove and delete
all copies of the Font Software from all systems and devices,
and cease all usage of the Font in any form.
No refunds will be issued for licenses terminated
as a result of breach or violation.
6. Upgrade Path
License can be upgraded at any time by paying only the price difference.
Upgrade to:
Logo & Trademark License
Permanent logo usage, brand identity development, and trademark registration, including long-term deployment across print, packaging, and digital channels.
Includes commercial webfont embedding for brand websites, landing pages, and digital experiences associated with the licensed brand.
Extended Commercial License
Broad commercial deployment across multiple product lines and SKUs, with permission for high-volume production, packaging, merchandising, and multi-channel retail distribution.
Includes larger commercial unit allowance, expanded marketing rights, and multi-SKU brand scalability for established businesses.
App & Digital License
Embed the Font Software into applications, games, SaaS platforms, and digital interfaces, including UI text rendering and in-app content output.
Covers embedding in desktop, mobile, and web-based systems with global distribution rights for the licensed software product.
Server & Internal License
Internal server and intranet usage, including multi-brand or enterprise-wide deployment, with permission to distribute and access the Font Software across internal systems, departments, and teams within a single legal entity.
Broadcast & Film License
Broadcast, film, television, and streaming usage rights, including use in motion graphics, title design, commercials, promotional media, episodic content, and cinematic feature productions
Global Corporate License
Unlimited commercial usage and distribution rights worldwide, including global brand deployment, multinational product distribution, enterprise-wide rollout, and cross-market implementation across all regions and territories
By downloading, installing, embedding, or using the Font Software in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
