implementation, and commercial webfont usage.

✔ Use this license indefinitely — no renewal required
NO — You May Not:
✘ Distribute, share, sell or upload the font file to third parties
✘ Install/use the font for multiple brands or separate companies
✘ Use for apps, UI, SaaS or game embedding (requires App/Digital tier)
✘ Use for film, broadcast, OTT streaming or motion titles
✘ Modify, rename, reverse-engineer or create derivative fonts
✘ Exceed 15,000 merchandise/product units under this license
1. Definitions
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal contract
between the Licensee and the Font Owner.
By downloading, installing or embedding the Font Software,
the Licensee agrees and accept all the terms.
Font Software refers to OTF/TTF/WOFF/WOFF2
files provided to the Licensee.
2. Grant of Rights — Permitted Use
Under this Logo & Trademark License, the Licensee is granted:
• Permanent rights for branding, logo marks & identity assets
• Permission to file trademarks using the font as brand typographic form
• Packaging + merchandising usage (within volume limit)
• Webfont usage for brand use (WOFF/WOFF2 hosted or self-served)
• Unlimited advertising exposure & campaign duration
• No expiry — perpetual brand use
This license is ideal for businesses transitioning into established identity.
3. Usage Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
• Embed the font in apps, software UI, SaaS or games
• Use in Broadcast/Film/OTT without upgrade
• License the font for multi-brand/sub-brand ecosystems
• Provide installable font files to any external vendor/contractor
(Only outlined/flattened visual output may be sent externally.)
• Modify the font, create derivatives or redistribute copies
• Sell commercial goods exceeding 15,000 units total
For usage beyond these terms — an upgrade is required.
4. Webfont Clause
Webfont embedding is permitted only under this tier or higher.
Allowed formats:
WOFF, WOFF2, self-hosted or CDN serviced.
License covers one primary domain + 2 subdomains.
More domains = upgrade or license extension.
5. Copyright & Ownership
The Font Software is licensed, not sold.
All rights, including copyright, trademarks, design, naming, and code,
remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Font Owner.
The Licensee may not:
• Upload, share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute
the font files to any third party
• Convert, modify, rewrite, or generate derivative typefaces
• Claim ownership of the Font Software or its naming
• Provide installable font files to clients, printers, or
vendors — they may only receive outlined/flattened
assets, never the font file
All updates, revisions, improvements, enhancements, and
related assets remain the exclusive property of the Font Owner,
and continue to be protected intellectual property.
No ownership or transfer of intellectual property rights in
the Font Software is granted or transferred through this license.
6. Termination
Any breach or violation of this Agreement will result in
immediate termination of the license.
Upon termination, the Licensee must remove and delete
all copies of the Font Software from all systems and devices,
and cease all usage of the Font in any form.
No refunds will be issued for licenses terminated
as a result of breach or violation.
7. Upgrade Path
License can be upgraded at any time by paying only the price difference.
Upgrade to:
Extended Commercial License
Broad commercial deployment across multiple product lines and SKUs, with permission for high-volume production, packaging, merchandising, and multi-channel retail distribution.
Includes larger commercial unit allowance, expanded marketing rights, and multi-SKU brand scalability for established businesses.
App & Digital License
Embed the Font Software into applications, games, SaaS platforms, and digital interfaces, including UI text rendering and in-app content output.
Covers embedding in desktop, mobile, and web-based systems with global distribution rights for the licensed software product.
Server & Internal License
Internal server and intranet usage, including multi-brand or enterprise-wide deployment, with permission to distribute and access the Font Software across internal systems, departments, and teams within a single legal entity.
Broadcast & Film License
Broadcast, film, television, and streaming usage rights, including use in motion graphics, title design, commercials, promotional media, episodic content, and cinematic feature productions
Global Corporate License
Unlimited commercial usage and distribution rights worldwide, including global brand deployment, multinational product distribution, enterprise-wide rollout, and cross-market implementation across all regions and territories
By downloading, installing, embedding, or using the Font Software in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
