You already know (or at least suspect) you're multiple. What you need is support that respects that.
You don’t need another practitioner trying to figure you out, fix you, or reduce your experience to a single diagnosis. You're looking for space where your system can show up as you are—with all your parts, your complexity, your patterns, your wisdom. Maybe you’re navigating internal conflict, dissociation, or burnout from masking your plural experience in the world. Or maybe you’re ready to build internal communication and make tangible life changes… but you’re not sure where to start.
Here’s how we work together:
My coaching process is grounded in deep respect for plural systems and guided by the ICF model: we clarify what your system wants, explore what’s getting in the way (internally and externally), and make collaborative, sustainable shifts. Sessions often draw from the tools in my trauma-informed workbook, and we move at a pace that works for you—whether that's structured planning, open processing, or just holding space when things feel uncertain.
What you can expect:
Systems I work with often describe feeling more resourced, seen, and steady after our sessions. You might leave with better internal communication, a clearer sense of what your system needs, or a plan that respects your capacity without overwhelming it. I bring lived experience, creative structure, and peer-informed care to this work. You don’t have to commit to ongoing coaching to connect—I hold open office hours on Fridays, where you can book one-off sessions if that fits your system better.
