Secure Base Relational Containter FAQs
-
No. Secure Base is a relational coaching container, not psychotherapy. While we will work with attachment patterns, internal parts, and relational dynamics, this space does not replace therapy or crisis services. Participants are responsible for maintaining external support as needed.
-
No.
Attachment wounding forms over years, often beginning early in life. It is not something that can be fully repaired in 12 weeks.
What this container offers is consistent, structured relational experience — the kind that allows new patterns to begin forming. Many participants experience increased internal stability, stronger self-trust, and greater ability to internalize support. But this is the beginning of practice, not a permanent cure.
-
All parts of you are welcome.
You do not need to be singular, consolidated, or have a complete picture of your system to participate. Switching, co-consciousness, and parts-based processing are welcome in this space.
What is required is personal responsibility: participants are responsible for the impact of their system within the group container and for communicating when additional support or pacing is needed. Participants are also required to ensure that parts who plan to participate understand and abide by the agreements of the group container.
-
The container includes messaging access on three designated weekdays with a 24-hour response window.
This support is for integration reflections, clarifications, and relational steadiness — not crisis stabilization or daily processing.
Boundaries are part of the work. Consistency does not mean unlimited access.
-
Group sessions are not recorded to protect privacy.
If you miss a call, you are still responsible for the material and your financial commitment. Individual sessions must be rescheduled within the container timeframe if possible, but make-ups are not guaranteed.
Consistency matters for this work.
-
This cohort is intentionally small — maximum 3 participants.
Attachment repair requires safety, visibility, and frequency. Smaller groups allow deeper relational practice and more individualized support.
-
That’s normal.
Secure attachment work often activates protective parts. Feeling nervous does not mean you’re not ready. It may simply mean this matters.

While outcomes will vary, participants are hoped to experience:
- Increased ability to self-soothe
- Stronger internal communication between parts
- Greater tolerance for closeness without overwhelm
- Improved boundaries
- Reduced fear of abandonment
- More capacity to internalize support
This is relational practice, not performance. The changes are often subtle at first — and deeply meaningful over time.

Yes.
The total investment is $2,400. A $500 non-refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance may be paid in full before Week 1 or in two installments.

Secure Base may be a good fit if:
- You long for consistent relational support
- You are willing to show up honestly
- You have external support in place if needed
- You are ready to practice, not just learn
If you are in acute crisis or needing intensive clinical care, this container may not be the appropriate level of support.

Applications are reviewed carefully. If it feels aligned, you’ll be invited to a brief conversation to confirm fit before enrollment is finalized.
