I’m Aleks, a calisthenics athlete and coach with over 4 years of combined experience in calisthenics, street lifting, powerlifting, and weight training. I’ve transformed myself from a skinny 14 year old at 53kg into a 78kg athlete with advanced skills, competition wins, and an 8 pack physique. Now I dedicate my time to helping others unlock their first push up, master skills like the muscle up and handstand, and build the body and confidence they’ve always wanted.
