Absolutely! Every program is designed with step by step progressions, starting from zero. Whether you can’t do a single push up or have never hung from a bar, I’ll guide you through the basics first, then gradually increase difficulty so you can progress safely and effectively.

Most of my programs require just your bodyweight, with optional access to a pull up bar or dip station for some exercises (like levers or muscle ups). Weighted calisthenics plans may require additional items (like a dip belt or dumbbell), but I always provide alternatives so you can train anywhere.

Everyone progresses at a different pace depending on effort, consistency, and starting point. Many students see noticeable improvements in strength, balance, or skill within 2–4 weeks, and can unlock their first pull up, push up, or handstand within a few sessions to a couple of months. Consistency is the key!

Yes! Every program includes PRIORITY replies, personal guidance, and optional 1 on 1 support. If you hit a plateau or struggle with an exercise, I’ll personally help you troubleshoot, adjust your plan, and keep you motivated until you reach your goal.

Absolutely. Each program includes “Can Be Skipped If…” checkpoints so you can move on if you already meet the requirements for a phase. This ensures you’re always training at the right level for your current skill without wasting time.
