⚑ Program Requirements:


  • Beginner Strength Plan β†’ No requirements. Perfect for absolute beginners starting from 0 push ups or 0 pull ups.


  • Handstand Mastery β†’ Able to hold a plank for 30 seconds + comfortable kicking up to a wall handstand.


  • Muscle Up Fast Track β†’ At least 5 clean pull ups + 5 clean dips before starting.


  • Front & Back Lever Training β†’ At least 5–8 pull-ups + able to hold a german hang.


  • Weighted Calisthenics Basics β†’ Solid foundation: 10+ pull-ups, 20+ push-ups, 10+ dips
