About Me

Hey, I'm Sarah -


Once upon a time, I hit the heaviest I’d ever been and felt so uncomfortable in my own skin. I signed up to an online program, started tracking calories and macros, and realised something wild… losing weight doesn’t mean living on sad chicken and broccoli. You can eat burgers, ice cream, and still make progress (mind blown).


Now I’m obsessed with helping other women figure this out too — because life’s too short for boring food and all-or-nothing diets that make you feel like crap.


A little about me?

  • I’m an introverted extrovert (yes, that’s a thing). I love a bush walk just as much as a movie night in bed.
  • I’ll never say no to coffee, a good burger, or a sweet treat.
  • I change my coffee order like I change my undies... depends on my mood. Skinny cap extra hot? I’m in. Iced long black with a dash of milk? Also in. Almond latte? Sign me up.

Also, never put me near hot chips unless you want to share...


I’m not the type of nutritionist who’s going to tell you to cut carbs, avoid takeout, or swap your Friday night burger for lettuce wraps (lol, no thanks). I’m here to show you how to actually enjoy your food, live your life, and still feel really damn good in your body.
