Steve may or may not be from Earth.

The details surrounding his birth/arrival are uncertain. His mother was certain that her baby was switched in the hospital nursery. It would explain a lot.

I was born/landed in Mississippi but spent my formative years in Perth, Western Australia. I've been travelling ever since, having recently finished a decade living and working in London. I spent years as an IT Project Manager and advanced in my field until most of my days were spent in meetings, writing reports, and creating presentations for audiences more interested in the subject matter than me. With such a significant drain on life force, I plotted my escape.

Now I live in Florida, not far from the beach with Barbara and three cats, Casey, Lizzie, and Beebles.

I write Satire because I'm a smart-ass at heart and I compose it on a Science Fiction canvas because I enjoy considering 'what if'.

American Dystopia & Utopia stories come about because it is my belief that we have been morphing into a dystopia for decades and it's finally becoming widely visible.

Crime Thrillers from the criminal perspective are great fun to write. I'm grinning as I write the outline as I consider who will live and who will die...and who's to blame.

Because I get bored easily I bounce across genres.

If there is a common theme to my work it is the consideration of alternative answers to fundamental questions. This stems from my constant curiosity. The other theme you will notice is a healthy disrespect and disregard for stupid rules and petty authority.
