1. About KHLOO

KHLOO publishes original downloadable romantic mystery and detective case-file games.

Our products are fictional interactive entertainment experiences intended for customers who enjoy investigating evidence, solving puzzles, and uncovering relationship-driven mysteries.

2. Digital Products

All KHLOO products are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Product descriptions identify the contents, difficulty level, file formats, and applicable purchase conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing an accessible email address and using compatible software to open the downloaded files.

Printing is optional unless otherwise stated on an individual product page. Printing supplies and costs are not included.

3. Purchases and Delivery

Prices are displayed in the store's checkout currency, currently US dollars (USD).

Orders are processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers.

Once payment is successfully completed, purchased files are made available through the download page and, ordinarily, a purchase confirmation email containing the download link.

Customers experiencing payment, access, or delivery problems should contact KHLOO using the support email above.

4. Personal-Use License

Purchasing a KHLOO product grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license permits the buyer to:

• Download and store the purchased files for personal use.
• Print copies for their own personal investigation.
• Write notes, mark evidence, and complete worksheets.
• Play independently or privately investigate with a partner, family members, or friends using the buyer's purchased copy.

The purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property or grant commercial distribution rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, customers may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute KHLOO files.
• Upload purchased files to public websites, file-sharing services, or public download repositories.
• Share downloadable copies with people outside their permitted personal-use activity.
• Repackage, reproduce, or publish KHLOO stories, evidence, puzzles, solutions, illustrations, or substantial portions of the products as another product.
• Use KHLOO materials for paid events, commercial entertainment services, or resale bundles.

Customers interested in commercial, educational, or organized event use should contact KHLOO to request permission.

6. Intellectual Property

KHLOO's original stories, game structures, written evidence, puzzles, layouts, and other original content are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party materials, where applicable, remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses.

No part of this agreement grants rights beyond the permitted personal use described above.

7. Fictional Content

KHLOO games contain fictional characters, events, documents, relationships, and investigations.

Any resemblance to actual persons or events is coincidental unless expressly stated otherwise.

Individual product listings may include content descriptions relevant to suspenseful or mature relationship themes.

8. Refunds, File Problems, and Corrections

Because KHLOO products are downloadable digital materials, eligibility for discretionary change-of-mind refunds is governed by the separately published Refund & Delivery Policy, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

If a purchased file is defective, incomplete, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, customers may contact KHLOO for assistance.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include corrected files, replacement access, a refund, or another legally required remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to Products and Terms

KHLOO may update product files to correct errors, improve usability, or resolve quality issues.

Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date displayed on this page.

Changes do not remove rights that customers already possess under applicable law or previously completed purchases.

KHLOO will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's right to seek assistance or remedies available under applicable law.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable Philippine law while respecting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in a customer's country of residence.

Any dispute-resolution or jurisdictional requirements will remain subject to applicable law.
