Hi, I’m Dominique, and I’m passionate about therapy and helping people become the best version of themselves.

During the past 15 years, I’ve supported hundreds of clients through anxiety, trauma and complex emotional challenges using an integrative approach that blends hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP and coaching. I’ve found that the most profound healing happens when we create safe spaces for clients to reconnect with themselves without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.

Why I Create Training Materials:

Throughout my practice, I’ve developed gentle, trauma-sensitive methods that bridge the gap between sessions and deepen self-awareness. I’ve seen how the right tools can transform individual sessions and strengthen the entire therapeutic relationship.
