My story
"From the time I got into sales and had to interact with people within various jobs, I observed how an organization’s internal environment affected employee behaviour and performance, even for the highly self-motivated. Being exposed to leaders who got the best out of their teams, as well as those who didn’t, helped me identify the factors that account for this. These experiences taught me that success depends not only on the individual but also on the environment they are in. This brought clarity on where organizations should focus to achieve effective leadership, employee engagement, productivity, collaboration, and overall performance.”
Tony is also a Certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and holds an Instructional Design Certificate from The Association For Talent Development (ATD), a Train the Trainer Certificate from the School of Business and Computer Science (SBCS), a Certification in Artificial Intelligence from the Quantum Leap Academy, an MBA from Andrew’s University, Michigan, USA and a Bachelor of Sciences (BSc.) from the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
