Hi, I’m Jennie-Grace Marking, a teacher, curriculum creator, and two-time Teacher of the Year with more than a decade of experience in the classroom.

Outside of the classroom, I’m happily married and a proud mom to two beautiful boys who keep life busy, loud, and full of love.

I created Marking & Mastery to share the resources, strategies, and ideas that have helped me make learning more engaging and teaching a little easier.

I believe great teaching doesn’t have to mean reinventing the wheel every night. Teachers deserve resources that are practical, purposeful, engaging, and actually designed for the realities of a busy classroom.

Everything I create is rooted in real classroom experience and built with teachers and students in mind. From ELA resources and review activities to classroom strategies and ready-to-use guides, my goal is to give you tools you can confidently take straight into your classroom.

Because when students are engaged, teachers can teach. And when teachers have the right tools, students have a better chance to master what matters.
