Welcome to Everyday Answers. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Everyday Answers online store.

1. About Everyday Answers

Everyday Answers is a trading name of Victoria Waite, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Everyday Answers creates practical, research-informed digital guides designed to provide general educational information and practical tools for everyday life.

Our guides are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and are not a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional where this is required.

2. Digital products

Products sold by Everyday Answers are digital products supplied electronically. No physical product will be posted unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

After successful payment, you will normally receive access to download your purchased digital product electronically.

3. Prices and payment

The price displayed on the product page at the time of purchase is the price payable for that product, subject to any valid discount or promotion.

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout.

4. Personal-use licence

Unless stated otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital product for your own personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce for commercial purposes, share publicly, upload for others to download, or otherwise commercially exploit the product without prior written permission from Everyday Answers.

5. Educational information and results

Our products are created with care and may draw upon research and recognised sources. However, research can develop over time and individual circumstances vary.

We do not guarantee any particular result or outcome from using a guide. You remain responsible for deciding whether the information and exercises are appropriate for your circumstances.

6. Cancellations and digital downloads

Where UK consumer law applies, you may normally have a 14-day cancellation period for a distance contract. Different rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately.

If you expressly request and consent to receiving digital content during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins, your cancellation right will be lost when supply begins.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have, including your rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

7. Intellectual property

The content, wording, design and other original materials contained in Everyday Answers products are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those intellectual-property rights to you.

8. Availability and technical issues

We aim to make purchased digital products available promptly. If you experience a genuine problem accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us so that we can try to resolve the issue.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Everyday Answers is not responsible for losses resulting from use of a product in a way that is inconsistent with its intended educational purpose or from reliance on the product as a substitute for appropriate professional advice.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version made available at the time your contract is formed, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
