What I Offer

1 on 1 Piano Instruction

.In my decades of piano teaching, my students' needs and interests have come in different shapes and sizes. Some pursued a piano performance degree in college, achieved prizes for international piano competitions, and performed at the world's famous concert venues. There are a few students who wrote their original music and published them on music streaming services. In contrast, others simply wanted to add piano playing as a creative dimension to their lifestyle.

My ultimate goal as a piano teacher is to help students find joy in expressing themselves and connecting with music personally so that their love of piano playing lasts a LIFETIME.

Let's Podcast!

As an executive producer of a successful podcast, The Piano Pod, I wanted to share the joy of podcasting so created a course called โ€œLetโ€™s Podcast! โ€“ for Women 40+" in the summer of 2022. Since then, I have helped many women to make their dream come true -- they started their successful shows, currently streaming everywhere after taking my course.

Now, my course offers to ALL who are serious and passionate about starting their podcasts. So, no matter what stage you are in your life, if you are ready, let's grab a mic๐ŸŽ™ and share your incredible life stories, values, and worth with the world! Because I believe that if I can do it, so can you!

Meet The Piano Pod

The original idea for creating a digital community, The Piano Pod, was born when I started teaching piano to young children in the trendy, vibrant neighborhood of Downtown Manhattan in NYC in 2007 while studying piano at NYU as a graduate student. I felt a sense of disconnect between professional musicians and the market, and I began to question myself:

โ€œHow can I present the beautiful tradition of classical music to the 21st-century audience in a fun, contemporary, and engaging way?

The opportunity finally arrived in the summer of 2020 to start a new project with the help of two of my colleagues to connect classical musicians to audiences through podcasting.

Since its launch, I have interviewed guests who have been breaking exciting new ground in the classical piano industry to discuss the traditions of the piano and expand its capabilities in this new era. The guest speakers include A-list classical pianists and composers, cross-over pianists, a Latin Grammy Award winner, performance psychologists, music technologists, educators, entrepreneurs, live-streamers, neurodiverse specialists, and more.
