About Me

Certified Integrated Nutrition Health/Wellness Coach, Freelance Writer, & Aerobics Instructor

I know what it feels like to experience the frustration of over- eating, fighting cravings, and trying to accurately measure portions. 


We have all emotionally over-eaten. I teach people why we experience it and how to overcome it.


I wondered why it seemed so easy for some people and so hard for me. Until..... I learned Individualized strategies that were specific to my changing body, mind, and life. I learned to start listening to my body, and you can do the same. This is how I continue to receive

transformational results.


I have overcome the cycles of Emotional Eating and Deprivation diets. They spiked my cravings

and increased inflammation in my body. This led to fatigue and health issues. I spent many years using food as a reward or to comfort me.


I often punished myself by trying to offset this by barely eating.


I can lead you out of ordinary cycles of fitness and dieting and into the extraordinary life you were destined to live.
