At Aurora OmniStudio, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please review the following information regarding our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this window has passed, your order will be forwarded to our provider for production and cancellation will no longer be possible.
How to Cancel:
To cancel your order within the cancellation window, please contact us. Provide your order number and request cancellation. Our team will promptly process your cancellation request and ensure that your order is not sent to our provider for fulfillment.
Refund Process:
If your order is successfully canceled within the cancellation window, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 8 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Exceptions:
Please note that once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, we are unable to cancel your order, as it will already be in the process of being fulfilled by our provider. In such cases, our standard Refund Policy will apply, and you may be eligible for a refund if the product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error.
