If a product has arrived damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a refund or free replacement, including shipping costs. To qualify for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue with the damaged item. If multiple products with the same design are affected, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.


Return Shipping:

If you are returning a damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for return shipment to prevent further damage. The return address is listed on the shipping label that came with your package.
