At Aurora OmniStudio, we are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers within the United States. Please review the following information regarding our shipping policies and procedures:

Order Processing Time:

We strive to process and fulfill orders promptly. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, orders are handed over to our providers for production and later to delivery.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Each product on our website displays the estimated delivery time (after producing the purchased product) and the associated shipping cost. We only ship to the US, using flat-rate shipping, but delivery time may vary - depending on the shipping provider and product type. Shipping Process:

After the customer completes their order at checkout, they are automatically charged through PayPal.

Please note that there will be no separate invoice provided with the delivery, as transparency and accuracy are maintained through the initial PayPal transaction.
