Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 4 August 2026
This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of downloadable digital books through this online store operated by Dr. Karim Samir.
1. Nature of the Products
All products sold through this store are digital books delivered electronically in PDF format.
No physical product is shipped.
2. Cancellation Before Payment
A customer may leave the checkout process or cancel an order at any time before payment has been successfully completed.
No charge should be made for an incomplete or unsuccessful transaction.
3. Cancellation After Payment
Digital products may be delivered and made available for download immediately after successful payment.
Once the purchased file has been made available to the customer, the order generally cannot be cancelled merely because the customer changed their mind.
Any request submitted after digital delivery will be reviewed under the Return and Refund Policy and in accordance with any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
4. Pending or Incomplete Orders
Where payment remains pending, declined, cancelled or incomplete, the digital product will not normally be delivered.
A pending transaction may be cancelled automatically by the payment provider or may expire after a period determined by Payhip, PayTabs, the card issuer or the customer’s bank.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions
Customers who believe that they were charged more than once, charged incorrectly or completed an order unintentionally should contact the store operator promptly through the Contact Us page.
The customer should provide:
• The name and email address used for the order.
• The order date.
• The title of the purchased product.
• A description of the issue.
• Any relevant payment reference or screenshot.
The transaction will be reviewed, and an appropriate solution will be provided where the claim is verified.
6. Cancellation by the Store Operator
The store operator may cancel or refuse an order where there is reasonable evidence of:
• Fraud or unauthorised payment.
• Incorrect or incomplete transaction information.
• Technical or pricing errors.
• Abuse of the store or payment system.
• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• Unauthorised copying, sharing, distribution or resale of a digital product.
• A legal, regulatory or payment-provider requirement.
Where a paid order is cancelled by the store operator before lawful delivery, any payment received for that order will be handled appropriately through the available payment method.
7. Technical Problems
A technical problem affecting access to the digital product does not automatically cancel the order.
The store operator may first provide assistance, a replacement download link or a replacement file.
Where the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, the request may be reviewed under the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Effect of Cancellation or Refund
When an order is cancelled or refunded, the customer’s right to access, download or use the digital product ends.
The customer must delete any downloaded copies and must not continue to copy, share, distribute, resell or otherwise use the product.
9. Processing Times
Where a payment reversal or refund is approved, the time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider, card issuer and bank.
The store operator cannot control the processing time of third-party financial institutions after a cancellation or refund has been submitted.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Cancellation Policy limits or excludes any consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt or any other mandatory law applicable to the transaction.
11. Contact
Questions or cancellation requests may be submitted through the Contact Us page of this store.
