1. Digital Products

The products sold through this store are downloadable digital books in PDF format. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased file through the download page and/or the email address provided during checkout.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely by the payment service providers available through Payhip. The seller does not directly receive or store the customer’s full card details.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

3. Personal-Use Licence

Each purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased book for personal use only.

Purchasing a digital book does not transfer ownership of its copyright or intellectual property rights.

4. Prohibited Use

Customers may not:

• Share the purchased file with other persons.

• Upload the file to public or private sharing platforms.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the book.

• Remove or alter copyright notices, author information or identifying marks.

• Use the product in any manner that infringes the author’s intellectual property rights.

A separate purchase is required for each individual user unless written permission has been provided by the author.

5. Intellectual Property

All books, text, designs, covers and related materials sold through this store are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions remain reserved by Dr. Karim Samir.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because the products are delivered digitally and may become accessible immediately after payment, refund and cancellation requests are handled according to the separate Return and Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy published on this store.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Technical Problems

Customers who experience difficulty downloading or opening a purchased file should contact the seller and provide the email address used for the order and a description of the problem.

Reasonable assistance will be provided, including a replacement download link or replacement file when appropriate.

8. Order Review and Refusal

The seller may refuse, cancel or restrict an order where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, unauthorised payment, abuse of the store, infringement of intellectual property rights or violation of these Terms.

Where a paid order is cancelled by the seller before lawful delivery, any payment received for that order will be handled appropriately.

9. Product Information

Reasonable care is taken to describe each digital book accurately. Minor differences in appearance may occur depending on the customer’s device, screen, PDF reader or display settings.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device can open standard PDF files before purchasing.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The books are provided for general informational, educational and personal-development purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the seller will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use a product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal information submitted through this store is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any consumer rights provided by mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.
